Mickey Mouse from above is still the most horrifying thing on the internet

Back in the halcyon days of 2019, an unusual perspective on a cartoon mouse was enough to horrify the internet. But two years later, despite the real world nightmares of 2020 and beyond, we have to say it's still pretty haunting.

Twitter discovered the official Disney drawing of Mickey Mouse from above – an angle we don't usually see. It looks, shall we say, less than pretty. One of the first rules of character design is that your creation needs to look good (or at least make sense) from all angles, but back in 1930 this was apparently not a consideration. Ready to see Mickey in all his bird's-eye view glory? Here we go:
