To whet your appetite, here’s JavaScript guru Jack Franklin’s talk from Generate London 2013. "JavaScript development - the ecosystem and the world of JavaScript - is growing rapidly," he tells the audience. "It’s changing. It’s overwhelming and it’s also very exciting. But don’t worry. In the talk, Franklin explores some approaches, libraries and frameworks for solving common issues. He asks: when is it a good idea to shift from server to client, and when should we stick to the traditional approach - all the heavy processing and work being done on the server?
