Hands-on with the Wacom Cintiq 24HD

There’s no stopping Wacom at the moment. Just a couple of weeks after dropping the Inkling on us, it’s back with a brand new Cintiq, and it’s a cracker.

The Cintiq 24 HD is a monster, boasting 24 inches of widescreen display running at 1920x1200. Worried that it’s a shade too big and likely to be horribly cumbersome? Not a bit of it; the whole thing is cleverly counterweighted so you can easily manoeuvre it into position; you can even extend it off the desk and have it float over your lap if that’s how you prefer to work, and it has a nice fat bezel for you to rest your hands and arms on.
