Shaye is a partner based in Lippincott’s New York office. Her expertise spans a broad array of brand and innovation capabilities, including brand positioning, growth strategy, concept development, and go-to-market strategy.​

She writes frequently about these topics. Her work has been published in Harvard Business Review and Fortune, among other outlets. ​

Shaye’s notable clients have included Vanguard, Honda, Revlon, The Honest Company, and The City of New York. She has also advised numerous startups such as Mirakl, Clearcover, and Root AI.​

Prior to joining Lippincott, Shaye studied branding, innovation, and Jobs to be Done as a research fellow alongside the late academic Clayton Christensen. ​

Previously, she was a senior associate at innovation and design firm Fahrenheit 212 and an analyst at Goldman Sachs. ​

She has freelanced with creative agencies and corporations including Red Antler, Gin Lane (now Pattern Brands), VaynerMedia, and Fidelity Labs. ​

Shaye holds a BA in Political Science, summa cum laude from The University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
