Bluetooth sunglasses are a thing now, apparently

I just discovered that Bluetooth sunglasses are a thing, and I'm honestly not sure what to make of them. Just...wear headphones?

For only $29.99 over at Amazon, I can't imagine that these sunglasses from Blackview are packing the best audio quality, but I guess it doesn't hurt to try them at such a low cost. There's another option available with a completely different design for $39.97, which might be better suited for outdoor activities like cycling or hiking.

I guess if you want to avoid wearing both sunglasses as well as a set of the best Bluetooth headphones for audiophiles, then the concept makes sense, but there's probably a reason that you don't see this kind of tech too often.

Don't get me wrong, I'm a huge advocate for smart glasses as well as XR/AR glasses, and techwear in general – as it gets you away from constantly looking at your phone. I'd love to be proven wrong by Bluetooth sunglasses, so if you opt for any of the deals below, be sure to let me know in the comments.

According to the Amazon listing, these specs have a built-in speaker, offer voice control, have UV protection, and offer protection against blue light (screen rays), all for under $30.

Too good to be true? You'll have to be the judge.

Just like the option above, these specs also claim to be fitted with built-in speakers (and a mic), while offering UV 400 protection.

It's also compatible with voice assistants, which I imagine would mean you can hook it up to Siri or Gemini, plus, the Polarised lenses and shielded design make it suited for outdoor activities.
