We're way past the "new year, new me" stages now, and the gym should have quietened down again following January quitters. As someone with a job that involves sitting at a desk for 8+ hours a day, I really struggle to get my steps in, and I know I'm not the only one. I own one of the best standing desks, but it doesn't feel like enough of an impact on my health without needing to hit the gym every evening, too.
After browsing Amazon, it looks like there are a few solutions I could try – with fitness tech such as under-desk walking pads and elipticals plus yoga balls and balance boards to encourage movement while working.
While I haven't personally used any of this equipment, I've rounded up top-reviewed products from Amazon (with Presidents' Day discounts) below to help other desk workers pick something suitable. Take a look at some of our top buying guides to help you shop for more specific creative tech.
