The new M3 MacBook Air is $989 in limited-time offer

Last month saw the release of Apple's new range of MacBook Air laptops, complete with the M3 chip, and you can currently get a record $110 off the 13-inch model – now $989 at Amazon. Though 10% seems a small discount, it's not bad at all for six weeks after release.

We loved the MacBook Air M3 when we reviewed it. It's powerful enough for most creative tasks, as long as you don't have a heavy workflow, and its portability is second-to-none. The previous iteration, the M2-chipped MacBook Air, retails at $999 so this deal brings it lower (though the M2 is often on sale for much less). Not sure which one to get? If you want the 20-ish% power boost and the latest model, this deal is the time to bite. If those upgrades aren't important to you, go for the older model.
