You typically wouldn't think that Easter would be the best time to buy a 3D printer, but Elegoo has just kicked off its Easter Day Sale, and I'm genuinely shocked at some of these prices. The sale runs from now until April 7th, so hurry if you want to grab a machine while stocks last.
For UK shoppers, you can get a 3D printer for as little as £127 (The Elegoo Neptune 3 Pro is 47% off, usually £240.99), and for US readers, the best deal I'm seeing is on the Neptune 4 Plus with 34% off, down to $279 from the usual $425 RRP.
The other standout deal, if you're seeking one of the best 3D printers for beginners, is 30% off Elegoo's Centauri Carbon. It's now only $285 / £219, which is the lowest price we've ever seen it drop to in the UK since launch. I've got all the details you need below, or take a look at our Elegoo Centauri Carbon review for our deep dive take on it.
US Elegoo deals
The Centauri Carbon was a genius move by Elegoo, being one of the most affordable and beginner-friendly single-colour machines you could get at the time of launch.
Now, it has been replaced by the Centauri Carbon 2 combo machine, which allows for multicolour compatibility at a greater price.

I reviewed this resin printer over a year ago now, and I'm still thoroughly impressed by its print quality.

If you're looking for a simple bedslinger model, then the Neptune 4 Plus is an excellent choice (and an absolute steal at this price!). It's easy to use for beginners and has a very generous build volume of 320 × 320 × 385mm, which means it will be perfect for printing things like cosplay helmets and tall action figures.

With this bundle, you not only get a resin printer but a wash & cure station (the Mercury XS), as well as 2KG of resin to get you started.
I highly recommend having a wash and cure station if you don't already, as it makes the entire process of printing with resin much easier to manage with less cleanup required.

We tested the Centauri Carbon back in March 2025, and our reviewer found that it strikes a great balance between speed, quality and versatility. The last best price we saw on this machine was £299 during Amazon Prime Day last year, so an extra £90 off is almost alarming.
We have it as one of the best 3D printers for beginners in our guide, but if you want to print with more than one colour at a time, then it might be best to opt for the newly released Centauri Carbon 2 model instead.

Just like the Saturn 4 Ultra 12K, but with better resolution and a heated chamber for less chance of print failure.
