Review consensus: We gave Apple's newest iPad a 4.5-star review, which matches the rating we gave to its predecessor and is also in line with the opinions of our sister sites Techradar and Tom's Guide.

While the design is the same as last year's version, the additional performance boost makes it the most powerful consumer tablet on the market and the clear option for anyone looking for a potential MacBook replacement for drawing and a wide range of other creative work on the go.

Techradar: ****½ | Tom's Guide: ****½
